I wanted to surprise my wife with the purchase of a netbook, so she could watch movies on the plane when traveling for work. I bought this because I thought the name meant that it was a Netbook quality. I was so wrong. We downloaded many movies … and on his first trip the battery died before a finished film. I contacted Dell, and every time I continue to refer to another department. Dell customer service is really bad and not try to help people. Keep this in mind when purchasing this netbook.
