I had this computer for 30 days and then returned. Struggling to try to get it working properly. This computer continually resets the lower resolution. That allows me to reset a higher resolution, maybe 1 in 20 attempts. When she gets the right settings, I create a restore point. When the settings back to low resolution, I use the restore point that might or might not work. Restore points created disappear. Many times I had to start the computer in Safe Mode. I used the safe mode 5 times more in three weeks than the previous 15 years.
I have bought this computer to return it. I want this computer. I kept thinking I had finally solved, but the next day, it lives again. My son who knows more about computers than me, are invited to return it within a couple of days I have received.
I have used computers for many years and have never had a bad experience with one. Once a black screen. I usesd a second computer to find a way to reinstall the video drivers from safe mode. 50% of the time when the computer is rebooted or is turned on, the settings are changed. This is a lemon.
