Have been a couple of mini's floating office and happy with all of them until this one. I had all be ordered directly from Dell, but since Amazon had this for less than Dell. If you combine with my Amazon Prime shipping, and I felt very much.
A week later, and I have a laptop with a Hardrive dead. Fine. Hardware fails. The call and tell me that the property not been transferred from Amazon, so you can guarantee anything about my problem. E 'after the time and the transfer of ownership of the group is gone for the day. I was to hear again the morning. I do not know.
I ask Amazon asked if there is anything they can do, because this one seems simple enough, what a dealer. No. "Good Luck" about the best I can get from them. Although I am a nice e-mail telling cans to the manufacturer for warranty questions please call, even after the declaration that he had done what I was.
Asks about the next morning, and basically start from scratch. You have a ticket, but has not made any consequence, and do not seem to understand the question. After 30 minutes we finally transfer the warranty and may start trying to get solved the real problem.
